Acquisition Expands Municipal Water and Wastewater Treatment Capabilities
BALTIMORE, Maryland – May 14, 2024 – Geiger Pump & Equipment Company (Geiger), the Mid-Atlantic’s largest industrial and municipal process equipment solutions provider and a portfolio company of Crane Engineering, today announced the acquisition of MLK & Associates, LLC (MLK), a leading distributor of engineered valves, sluice gates, automated actuation, and packaged water treatment equipment. MLK enjoys a long history of delivering value added solutions with hands-on applications experience, 24-7 service, and generous local inventory.

MLK & Associates was founded in 1983 and has grown steadily to become the largest and most trusted name for sales, service, and turn-key solutions for municipal water and wastewater valves, gates, electric / pneumatic automation, and packaged treatment solutions in the region.
